Role overview
Oversee daily operations of the store in Hughenden, managing staff, stock, sales, and customer service.
Salary
- Pay is $75,000–$85,000 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Formulate purchasing and marketing policies and set prices.
- Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
- Sell goods and services and advise customers on product use.
- Maintain stock and financial transaction records and undertake budgeting.
- Control staff selection, training, and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- 1–3 years of relevant retail management or senior retail supervisory experience.
- A qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
