Role Description
The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations in Dubai, ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth sales processes in a hybrid work setup with some tasks performed from home.
This part-time role includes managing staff schedules, coaching team members, and monitoring sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
The Retail Manager will maintain store standards, manage inventory and merchandising, and handle escalated customer issues to uphold high service levels.
The role also involves analyzing sales reports, implementing promotional activities, and coordinating with senior management and other stakeholders.
The Retail Manager will work closely with the recruitment platform to support hiring needs and maintain strong communication with leadership regarding store performance and staffing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, team members, and management.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated Team Management experience, including supervising staff, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Solid Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and implementing effective retail sales strategies.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities with remote tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in inventory and store operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
