Salary

• The description lists a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
• A separate pay statement lists $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Main duties

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficient service and operational performance.
• Monitor product mix, stock levels, product availability and service standards; coordinate ordering and inventory.
• Monitor sales, food, labor and operating costs and assist with budgeting and cost controls.
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, cash transaction and other operational records.
• Implement local marketing, promotions and sales initiatives in line with business and franchise requirements.
• Recruit, roster, train, supervise and manage staff performance.
• Maintain customer service, food quality, order accuracy and restaurant presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, WHS and other operational requirements.

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant management experience in fast food, quick-service restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in rostering, stock control, budgeting and cost management.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
