Retail Manager
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead store operations, deliver strong sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high retail standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Manage, train, and motivate retail team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
- Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in luxury/fashion retail is an advantage
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
