About This Role

A leading financial institution is seeking a seasoned professional to head its Retail Loan Administration (RLA) division. This role oversees loan verification, processing, CPV, and endorsement, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Retail Loan Administration Lead will drive efficiency improvements, manage risk, and lead a high-performing team aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage RLA operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements and monitor performance against SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the institution externally.
  • Oversee reporting, audits, and business continuity planning.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Manage team performance, staffing, and training needs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • 15 years’ experience in banking/financial services, with strong exposure to retail loan operations.
  • Proven leadership in supervisory/management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail loan structures, operational risk, and compliance in Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices and efficiency improvement.
