Retail Home Solutions Advisor

Hydra Pure Group is expanding into new markets, and we're adding new people to our customer engagement team.

Through our work alongside The Home Depot Home Services program , our representatives connect with homeowners in participating retail locations and introduce them to services available for their homes.

This is a people-focused position that's ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, likes being part of an energetic team, and wants an opportunity where hard work can lead to increased earnings and advancement.

As a Retail Home Solutions Advisor, you'll spend your day interacting with customers in participating Home Depot locations.

You'll:

Welcome and engage customers

Have friendly conversations about their home service needs

Provide information about available water and air quality solutions

Identify homeowners interested in learning more

Arrange complimentary consultations with qualified customers

Provide a positive and professional customer experience

Work toward individual and team performance goals

Your role is about starting conversations, providing information, and connecting interested homeowners with the appropriate Home Services professionals.

Starting somewhere new should be exciting — not intimidating.

We'll give you the training, coaching, and support you need to get comfortable in the role and develop your skills.

Hydra Pure Group offers:

$55,000–$75,000 annual earning opportunity

No previous industry experience required
