How Colleagues Spend Their Day

• Review goals, new products, and promotions while preparing the store for smooth operations.
• Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom with energy and focus.
• Greet customers, listen actively, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.

Schedule

Fulfillment and Receiving Duties

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support merchandise movement.
• Pick, pack, and process orders and trailers.
• Retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver them curbside.
• Monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and provide helpful curbside service.
• Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and restock merchandise.
• Support sales goals, teamwork, and store performance.

Physical and Technology Requirements

• The role requires talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Use computers, handheld equipment, cash registers, and other technology to perform job functions and process transactions.
• The role requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
