About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Retail Attendant
to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations within our luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized retail assistance
- Recommend products based on guest preferences and needs
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Support receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a luxury retail experience at all times
