Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations, service standards, organization, and operational execution.
• Educate members about WHOOP products, memberships, and insights, tailoring interactions to performance goals.
• Sell memberships, accessories, apparel, and WHOOP Your Way experiences while working toward targets.
• Uphold brand standards through member engagement, product presentation, and store experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Support in-store programming and activations; coordinate with the Retail Lead and team on brand, marketing, and operational strategies.
• Maintain attention to detail in transactions, reporting, compliance, and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of retail experience; premium, luxury, or experiential retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for health, fitness, performance, and technology, and ability to communicate WHOOP's value proposition.
• Ability to deliver elevated customer service and build member relationships; strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-traffic retail and extended hours.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems, inventory handling, and sales tracking.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily work while maintaining high-quality standards.

Operating hours

• The center operates 12 hours per day, seven days per week; the role supports an extended-hours environment.

Workplace

• The role supports an experiential center and store in Msheireb, Qatar.
