Zero Hour Contract | Working As and When Required | £12.71 Per Hour

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant to join our team at Leuchars Station, KY16 0JX on a zero hour contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual looking for flexible work within a busy retail and catering environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service within a busy retail environment
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately
• Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays
• Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock control
• Ensuring shelves and service areas remain clean, tidy, and well presented
• Assisting customers with product enquiries
• Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the wider retail team with day-to-day operations

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

• Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Disclosure Scotland certificate prior to commencing employment.
