- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Restructuring Consultant Manager to lead business restructuring, transformation, and performance improvement engagements.
- The ideal candidate will manage consulting projects, assess organizational challenges, develop restructuring strategies, and support clients through operational, financial, and organizational change initiatives.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead restructuring and transformation projects for organizations undergoing operational, financial, or strategic change
- Conduct business assessments, operational reviews, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop restructuring plans, turnaround strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
- Evaluate organizational structures, business processes, workforce models, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to implement restructuring initiatives
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Support financial recovery, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth objectives
- Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, presentations, and executive reports
- Monitor restructuring progress and measure outcomes against established objectives and performance metrics
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to consulting team members and project resources
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- MBA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, PMP, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, restructuring, business transformation, corporate recovery, strategy, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience leading consulting engagements, transformation programs, or restructuring initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of organizational design, operational excellence, financial performance improvement, and change management
- Experience conducting business diagnostics, strategic planning, and performance improvement assessments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and managing complex transformation projects
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
