Role overview

Duties

• Provide warm, attentive service; build guest connections, anticipate needs, and respond to enquiries, preferences, and special requests.
• Manage a restaurant section and prepare mise en place, table settings, and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Take orders and process billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Know menus, beverages, and other hotel restaurants and bars; recommend food, beverages, and experiences.
• Promote signature experiences, seasonal offerings, and outlet initiatives, and identify ways to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Candidate requirements

• Previous food and beverage or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Passion for guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional, guest-focused, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced team environment.
