The role monitors guest flow, addresses customer concerns, and supports team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction and smooth service.
- Train staff and support inventory control.
- Assist with implementation of promotional activities and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, staff coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills with prompt issue resolution.
- Effective communication including clear verbal communication, active listening, and constructive feedback.
- Food and beverage knowledge including service standards and quality, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic point-of-sale and restaurant management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
