Join the Alain Ducasse Café & Manufacture opening team in Abu Dhabi as a Restaurant Supervisor.
Supervise daily café and boutique operations, lead the service team, deliver guest experiences, and maintain Maison service and product standards.
Full-time, on-site role reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily shifts, team briefings, and opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and coach the front-of-house and retail team; handle guest enquiries and complaints, escalating when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and production teams on orders and product availability.
- Maintain displays, storage, stock rotation, and hygiene standards; support sales through recommendations, upselling, and gifting.
- Oversee POS transactions, cash reconciliation, stock checks, and wastage records.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of F&B experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in an upscale café, restaurant, pâtisserie, or luxury food retail setting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
- Strong guest service, team leadership, and product knowledge.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and food safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
