The role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, strong knowledge of South Asian cuisine, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day front of house and back of house operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures during assigned shifts
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain service excellence
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet brand standards
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and support stock control
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare shift reports and support management in administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of South Asian cuisine and service culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Urdu or Hindi is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred; Abu Dhabi based candidates encouraged to apply
