We are West to West Kitchen, an award-winning restaurant based in the heart of Abu Dhabi, serving Sierra Leonean, Trinidadian and Jamaican dishes.
We don't just prepare food – we share culture, create experiences and build community.
Alongside our shop operations, we work as F&B providers at major sports and cultural events, including the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix, the Emirates Airline Dubai Sevens, Sole DXB and the 2025 Coldplay concerts, among others.
As we grow, we're looking for passionate individuals to help lead our shop operations in a shared Supervisor role.
About The Role
This is a shared Supervisor position.
You'll work closely with a fellow Supervisor to lead the team and keep daily operations running smoothly, with responsibilities divided and rotated so both of you can maintain high standards without being stretched too thin.
It's a great fit for someone with hospitality experience who wants to stay hands-on with both food and people, without taking on full management responsibility – and for anyone motivated to grow within the business and take on more over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest service food preparation and quality checks to West to West standards
- Stock inventory, ordering, supplier and delivery management
- Cash handling, POS operation, opening/closing and daily cash-up
- HACCP records, hygiene compliance and Supervisor Standards Checks
- Weekly Xero entries, cash-up spreadsheets and supplier invoice management (Hubdoc)
- Team rota preparation, briefings and day-to-day leadership
- Attendance at off-site events (e.g. Formula One) as required
What We'Re Looking For
- A genuine love of food
- Strong spoken and written English, solid numeracy, and comfort with basic financial admin (Xero, Hubdoc) and POS systems.
- You'll need the confidence to lead and support a team.
- Hospitality or QSR experience
- Familiarity with African and/or Caribbean food and culture, are an advantage.

Pay
- Starting salary of AED 2,600/month, rising to AED 4,000/month over a 3-4 month training programme, with increments awarded on successful completion of each stage
- Further increases available based on performance and tenure
