You will run the shift, look after guests, and keep the team and standards on track.
You will work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep service smooth and food safe.

About the Role
Fogaat is a new restaurant and café opening in Dubai, looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead the floor team from day one.
You will run the shift, look after guests, and keep the team and standards on track.
You will work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep service smooth and food safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the restaurant, brief the team, and assign sections and breaks.
- Give guests a warm, professional welcome and handle complaints and special requests.
- Supervise, coach, and support waiters and baristas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so orders go out on time.
- Make sure hygiene, cleaning, temperature log, and allergen procedures are followed (HACCP).
- Check deliveries and monitor stock levels.
- Handle the till, cash-up, and daily shift reports.
- Cover absences and help plan the rota.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of restaurant service experience, with some team leading.
- Strong English; Arabic or another language is an advantage.
- Valid food handler certificate or health card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Familiarity with a POS system.
- Calm under pressure, with a friendly, hands-on approach.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Own visa preferred, or currently in the UAE.
Pay
- AED 2,000.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month.
