Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Server located in Dubai.
The Restaurant Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering food and drink orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Other tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in serving areas, assisting in food preparation when needed, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to uphold operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage skills to handle orders and ensure accuracy and quality in the dining experience.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional service and effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food Preparation to assist as needed and ensure familiarity with menu items and ingredients.
- Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
