We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Restaurant & Bar Receptionist** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and table arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer requests promptly.
- Coordinate with restaurant and bar staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle reservations.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Knowledge of English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
