Requirements
- Proven experience in a fine dining environment.
- Strong experience managing high-volume operations within the Middle East.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a busy floor during peak service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Experience managing large and diverse teams.
- Arabic speaker is a plus, but not essential.
