The Role

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team in KSA. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and understands the nuances of a steakhouse operation—from product knowledge to service precision.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and developing the team, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the Rowley’s standard.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with a premium steakhouse experience
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
• Actively manage the floor during service—visible, engaged, and leading by example

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and team performance
• Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job coaching

Guest Experience

• Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback with professionalism
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive and memorable experience
• Resolve complaints effectively and in line with brand standards

Financial & Commercial Performance

• Monitor and control costs (labor, wastage, and operating expenses)
• Drive revenue through upselling, service quality, and repeat business
• Support budgeting and achieve financial targets set by the business

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure full compliance with KSA regulations, hygiene, and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation at all times

Requirements

• Mandatory: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a steakhouse concept
• Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking techniques, and steakhouse service standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong operational and financial acumen
