Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Riyadh.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
The role includes monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, as well as addressing guest feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members, supporting performance management, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, controlling costs, assisting with local marketing initiatives, and reporting on operational performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of handling guest feedback professionally.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff with effective Communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu execution, quality control, and safety standards.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role in hospitality or food service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic financials, such as cost control, inventory management, and daily sales reporting.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
