Restaurant Manager

Position

Operations and team leadership

• Supervise daily outlet operations and assist with menu planning.
• Manage staffing, service, sanitation, food handling, and compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and train employees; set performance expectations and monitor productivity.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize departmental work and meet operational and financial objectives.

Guest service and department oversight

• Improve guest satisfaction and retention; handle complaints and gather feedback on food, beverage, and service quality.
• Manage service delivery from guest arrival through departure, including orders, special requests, payment, and invitation to return.
• Assist servers and hosts during busy meal periods and supervise shifts when the Assistant Restaurant Manager is absent.
• Oversee departmental financial matters, including purchasing and invoice payments.

Education and experience

• Either a high school diploma or GED and 4 years of related food and beverage, culinary, or professional-area experience, or a relevant 2-year degree and 2 years of related experience.
• Relevant degree fields include Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.

Work arrangement

• The position is not remote and is based at the Riyadh property.
