The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. At our stores, team members are the fuel that helps our communities run!
Please note that this role is to work for a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., or any of their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
Requirements
- 1+ year of food service management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
