Restaurant Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operational management of a locally owned premium bakery café concept based in Dubai. The business is currently operating in Dubai Design District and is expanding with a second outlet opening soon.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage end-to-end operations while ensuring excellence across service, product quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations
• Lead, train, and develop the café team to ensure high performance standards
• Ensure strong customer service and consistent guest experience
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial performance
• Support marketing initiatives and brand execution in-store
• Implement SOPs and maintain operational efficiency across outlets
• Drive consistency, quality, and service standards across locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in café, bakery, or premium casual dining operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of financial and operational controls
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH functions
• Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Strong customer service mindset and brand awareness
