Restaurant Manager

**Location:** Dubai South

• **Requirement:** Must be willing to be assigned in Dubai South.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, and cost management.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
