We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Finance, Business Growth, and Purchasing to lead our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Develop business growth strategies and increase profitability
- Handle purchasing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall business KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge
- Experience in purchasing and supplier management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and business growth
- Experience in restaurant operations is essential
