Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of two restaurant outlets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining profitability, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
Operations Management
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of both outlets.
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower requirements.
- Motivate and develop employees to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Financial Control
- Monitor daily sales and profitability.
- Control food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Review cash handling procedures and outlet reports.
- Achieve monthly revenue and profit targets.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews.
Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory levels and stock control.
- Coordinate purchasing and supplier relationships.
- Minimize wastage and stock discrepancies.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure all licenses and permits remain valid.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and reporting.
- Knowledge of UAE labor and food safety regulations.
Salary
**AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month** (depending on experience and qualifications)
Annual Leave
- 30 calendar days paid annual leave after completing one year of service.
Medical Insurance
- Company-provided health insurance in accordance with UAE regulations.
End-of-Service Gratuity
- Calculated and paid in accordance with UAE Labour Law upon completion of employment.
- As per UAE Labour Law after completion of probation and eligibility requirements.
Employment Visa
- Company-sponsored employment visa and Emirates ID.
Weekly Day Off
- One day off per week.
Probation Period
- Up to 6 months as per UAE Labour Law.
**Joining Date:** Immediate / As Required
