Houd Traditional Restaurant – Dubai
Houd Traditional Restaurant is looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Operations Manager (Chef Manager) to lead all restaurant operations.
This position is strictly for experienced professionals who have successfully managed traditional Emirati restaurants and understand every aspect of the business—from kitchen operations and food quality to customer service, staff management, inventory control, and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire restaurant operation on a daily basis.
- Supervise both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Ensure authentic food quality and excellent customer service.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff performance.
- Monitor food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Report directly to management and ensure all departments perform at the highest standard.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing a traditional Emirati restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, customer service, and restaurant financial control.
- Experience with POS systems and operational reporting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joining is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- AED 2500 –5500 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance-based commission for achieving agreed sales growth targets.
