Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant management and front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Deliver food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Review product quality regularly and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Arabic language required.
- English language required.
Pay
- Full-time role paying up to QAR 8,000 per month.
