Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with refrigeration (coolers and freezers).
  • Technical Tools: Must possess your own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekdays and every other weekend. Ability to be on-call when notified is required.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. No major violations or accidents within the last 3–5 years (minor violations evaluated case-by-case).
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation to your home restaurant (where your work van is parked). Note: Van may be taken home when on call during weekends.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (no criminal convictions within the past 10 years).
