Role
The employer is seeking a restaurant hostess in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests; manage reservations, walk-ins, seating arrangements, and waiting times.
- Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and maintain an accurate reservation list.
- Answer calls and guest inquiries; handle requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant and service teams to support smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming hostess area and provide service throughout the guest experience.
- Assist with special events, group bookings, and VIP guests when required.
- Follow restaurant standards, policies, and grooming requirements.
Requirements
- Hostess, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
