Role overview

The hostess creates a warm first impression and supports smooth front-of-house operations.

The role covers reservations, guest seating, table management, and service throughout the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Manage seating, table allocation, guest lists, reservations, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with reservations and service teams; assist VIP guests and regular clientele.
  • Maintain knowledge of the venue, menu, and daily operations; handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods and maintain high guest-service standards.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Previous hostess or similar guest-facing experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality concepts.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident, well-presented, and guest-focused.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
