About This Role

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive. This role combines with service support to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival
  • Handle phone calls and customer inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
  • Assist in serving food when required
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front area
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
