Position: Cleaner / Steward (Restaurant company)

Salary: SAR 1,500 with FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal

Role Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchen clean, safe, and organized. You will play a vital role in helping our restaurant run smoothly by maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing & Sanitizing: Wash and dry all dishes, glassware, and cooking tools using commercial machines or by hand. Return items to their proper places quickly.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Regularly clean floors, walls, and counters. Deep-clean kitchen equipment like ovens and grills following a set schedule.
• Waste Management: Empty bins regularly and sort trash, recycling, and food waste correctly. Keep bin areas clean.
• Organization: Help keep storage areas and fridges tidy. Report any broken or missing equipment to your supervisor.
• Safety: Use cleaning chemicals safely according to instructions. Always wear the required safety gear (PPE).
• Team Support: Help chefs by clearing workstations and making sure they have enough clean equipment during busy shifts.
• Closing Duties: Clean and mop the kitchen at the end of the day to ensure it is ready for the next morning.

Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read and follow cleaning schedules and safety signs.
• Experience: Previous cleaning or kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated beginners.
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced, hot environment.
• Certificates: A basic Food Hygiene certificate is preferred (or must be completed upon hiring).
• Attitude: You must be punctual, hardworking, and a great team player who cares about cleanliness.

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 per month
