About the role
Hiring a reliable Restaurant Cleaner / Kitchen Steward for a restaurant operation in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Hands-on night-shift position in a commercial restaurant and kitchen environment; the work includes more than light floor cleaning.
The employee is expected to take responsibility for assigned areas and work properly without constant reminders.
Main responsibilities
- Clean kitchen and back-of-house, service, and operational areas; wash, scrub, and mop floors.
- Provide dishwashing and warewashing support; clean and organize the dishwashing area; organize and return kitchen utensils correctly.
- Clean washrooms, collect garbage, and dispose of waste properly.
- Support laundry for kitchen towels and aprons; keep cleaning tools, bottles, and equipment organized.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals correctly, clean difficult or dirty areas when assigned, and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen/night-shift team with general operational tasks and complete assigned cleaning before leaving.
- Report equipment, hygiene, or maintenance problems to the responsible supervisor; perform other reasonable restaurant support duties when required.

- Comfortable with physical cleaning work, including washrooms, floors, kitchen areas, and waste areas.
- Able to work without constant supervision after training, follow cleaning instructions and chemical-safety rules, and help the team.
- Honest when a task is incomplete or a problem occurs, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Restaurant, hotel, commercial-kitchen, stewarding, or professional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Good work attitude and reliability are more important than perfect English.
Salary and package
- Basic salary is AED 2,500 per month.
- Eligible employees participate in a company tip system; tips are variable and not guaranteed income.
- Company employment visa/work-permit costs are provided for eligible candidates.
Shift
- This is a night-shift position; weekend and public-holiday work may be required.

- Restaurant operation in Al Quoz, Dubai; work location is in person.
