Role overview

What you will do

• Own the platform vision, roadmap, and backlog, including AI capabilities, agents, and business-system integrations.
• Lead user discovery and use customer feedback to guide platform decisions and priorities.
• Prioritize work based on business value, adoption, capacity, security, and technical debt.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and evaluate delivered work against them.
• Support Agile ceremonies and clarify priorities for the development team.
• Coordinate access controls, audit logging, data connections, and governance with technical and security teams.
• Define platform measures and report adoption, satisfaction, reuse, and business value to leadership.
• Lead product readiness for external customers and collaborate on the commercial offer, pricing inputs, and launch.

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years in product ownership or management, including at least 3 years managing a software product or platform roadmap and backlog.
• Recent experience commercializing software proofs of concept and launching products across multiple business units or companies.
• Experience in user discovery, Agile delivery, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Practical understanding of platforms, APIs, system integration, and identity and access management.
• Daily hands-on use of generative AI tools and understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and failure modes.
• Advanced spoken and written French and English; English is required for daily collaboration beyond Quebec.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience; private, on-premises, or sovereign AI deployment experience; enterprise systems experience.
• AI agent tools, MCP, AI governance, data classification, privacy frameworks such as Quebec Law 25, CSPO or PSPO, Jira, and Confluence are preferred.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid work model with three days per week in person.
