Role overview
Join an agile product team working on a growing B2B platform in the financial services sector.
Lead strategic initiatives from discovery through delivery and value measurement for a platform transforming the insurance sector.
The role reports to the Director of Products.
Product delivery
- Lead end-to-end initiatives, facilitate stakeholder discovery, and prepare actionable discovery briefs and delivery specifications.
- Translate product direction into defined work items with developers and UX design resources.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure acceptance criteria capture product intent.
- Track and communicate post-delivery outcomes and measured value.
- Support validation, prioritization, and resolution of support requests and production incidents.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years in product management or senior business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business information technology, or another relevant discipline.
- Product discovery experience, including user interviews, problem framing, and measurable success criteria.
- Comfort with Agile and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, organize work, and prioritize autonomously.
- Bilingual; the posting does not specify which languages.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a highly regulated sector such as financial services, healthcare, or fintech is an advantage.
- Experience with complex B2B distribution platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with UX design teams, Figma, or design systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BI or data analysis tools such as Power BI or basic SQL is an advantage.
