Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Lead partner discovery to understand intended use cases, deployment environments, organizational constraints, and success criteria, assessing feasibility with Engineering.
• Maintain plans across concurrent deployments, including scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, resource needs, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the partner's primary accountable contact during active delivery and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and changes.
• Bridge internal teams and partner deployment teams throughout implementation.
• Identify delivery risks and unresolved decisions, assess implications, and recommend changes to scope, sequence, timing, or readiness.
• Gather structured feedback from partner administrators and users and translate deployment evidence into product issues and recommendations.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, and review practices to improve future deployments.

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in technical delivery management, technical project or program management, enterprise software implementation, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success leading complex software or platform deployments for external enterprise customers or partners through discovery, planning, validation, operational handoff, and adoption.
• Experience managing concurrent deployments with practical responsibility for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and acceptance criteria.
• Technical fluency across cloud or on-premises infrastructure, containers, orchestration, networking, security, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of AI systems, including model serving, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
• Experience conducting structured customer or user discovery, synthesizing qualitative and operational evidence, and making product recommendations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical teams and executive sponsors, facilitate difficult decisions, and communicate changes and risks clearly and early.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.

Useful experience

• Open-source product delivery in cloud, on-premises, regulated, security-sensitive, or customer-controlled environments is useful.
• Professional services, technical consulting, implementation, partner enablement, or early adoption experience is useful.
• Early-stage product delivery while architecture, capabilities, and operating models are evolving is useful.
