Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead partner discovery and assess use-case, deployment, organizational, and success requirements with Engineering.
• Maintain delivery plans covering scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, resources, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the partner's primary delivery contact and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and changes.
• Connect internal and partner teams throughout implementation.
• Identify risks and unresolved decisions and recommend realistic adjustments to scope, sequence, timing, or readiness.
• Gather structured feedback from partner administrators and users and translate it into product recommendations.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, and review practices based on deployment patterns.

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience in technical delivery management, technical project or program management, enterprise software implementation, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise software or platform deployments through validation, operational handoff, and adoption.
• Experience managing concurrent deployments and their scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and acceptance criteria.
• Technical fluency across cloud or on-premises infrastructure, containers, orchestration, networking, security, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of AI systems including model serving, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
• Experience with structured customer or user discovery, evidence synthesis, and product recommendations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate difficult decisions, and communicate changes and risks clearly and early.
• Strong written and verbal English and French communication skills.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.

Useful experience

• Open-source product delivery in cloud, on-premises, regulated, security-sensitive, or customer-controlled environments is useful.
• Professional services, technical consulting, implementation, or partner enablement and early-adoption experience is useful.
• Early-stage product delivery while architecture, capabilities, and operating models are evolving is useful.
