• The role:
• You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent across the US.
• Headhunting senior to executive-level professionals (Project Directors, VPs, C-Suite)
• Mapping out niche markets across different states
• Building a
• genuinely valuable, nationwide network
• Supporting high-value, often retained searches
• Working closely with experienced consultants to deliver on critical hires
• What we’re looking for:
• **Proven US market experience is essential**
• Experience sourcing
• senior/executive-level candidates
• Background in
• Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, or Construction recruitment
• Strong headhunting and market mapping skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient
• Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a demanding environment
• The reality:
• You’ll be working US hours (expect late evenings)
