As a Resource Planning and Estimating Lead, you’ll take ownership of project resourcing across Qatar, Oman, and the Hawk International Line of Business, ensuring the right people are in place to meet demand.

You’ll support both monthly planning and the annual IBP process, while delivering clear, commercially focused estimates to aid decision-making.

Working closely with the Business Operations & Integration Manager, you’ll lead on resourcing activities, provide valuable insights for planning, and help continuously improve processes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be joining a small, diverse team, offering a highly collaborative environment where each member plays a meaningful and visible role.

The team has a broad range of responsibilities, providing exposure to multiple aspects of the business and creating excellent opportunities to develop a well-rounded skillset.

With regular interaction with senior stakeholders, this role offers networking opportunities and the chance to build relationships across the organisation.
