Role overview
Support smooth airport operations by ensuring the right people and skills are in the right place at the right time.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Use staffing forecasts, data and workforce planning tools to plan team deployment.
- Maintain operational rosters and optimise staffing levels.
- Monitor performance against service targets while balancing demand, efficiency and passenger experience.
- Work with airport departments to anticipate staffing challenges and adjust plans.
- Challenge forecasts and find practical solutions when plans change.
- Prepare reports and insights from multiple data sources to help managers make informed decisions.
- Identify smarter ways to use resources and improve operations.
What we are looking for
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, produce accurate reports and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with managers and departments.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling staffing records, forecasts and performance reporting.
- Flexible, proactive approach and ability to respond to short-notice changes.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to passenger experience.
- Scheduling, resource planning or tactical/business planning experience is desirable.
