About This Role
Position Summary
The Resort Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing all guest booking activities for Pampallacta Termales LLC.
This role ensures smooth reservation processes, accurate booking records, and exceptional pre-arrival guest communication to enhance the overall guest experience at the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party booking systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the property management system (PMS)
- Confirm bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and occupancy management
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding availability, pricing, packages, and resort services
- Ensure accurate billing information and guarantee policies are applied correctly
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review
- Assist in developing promotional offers and seasonal packages in coordination with the sales team
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with the resort’s brand values
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in hotel or resort reservations or front office operations
- Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Work Environment
- Based in Doha, Qatar
- Hospitality/resort environment with shift-based scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Objective of the Role
- To ensure a seamless, efficient, and guest-focused reservation process that maximizes occupancy while delivering a premium booking experience for all guests of Pampallacta Termales LLC.
