Resort Assistant Manager

Role overview

What you will do

• Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach front office employees to meet cultural and operational standards; plan daily operations.
• Remain visible in the operation, recognize employees, promote good public relations, and handle guest, client, and group-contact concerns and requests.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control, and cash control.
• Attend operational meetings to coordinate and partner with other departments.
• Observe front office facilities and equipment and recommend corrections or improvements.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.

What you bring

• Proven front office operations experience in a resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Leadership ability to supervise, coach, and motivate front office teams.
• Strong guest service, problem-solving, guest relations, and complaint-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and property management systems (PMS).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Flexible and organized, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Luxury hospitality experience and understanding of Forbes, LQA, or similar service standards.

Schedule and hours

• 5 days per week over 48 working hours.
