Residential Plumbing Supervisor

• Our Residential Plumbing Supervisor earns a competitive wage of $42.00-$49.00/hr, based on skill level and experience.

• You'll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

• OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SUPERVISOR:
• We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
• Journeyman Plumber certification
• Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods, and applicable codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• And who can manage these responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day activities of plumbing crews on residential new build sites
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
• Oversee installation of underground services, rough-ins, water lines, venting, and final fixtures
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and address deficiencies as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Liaise with site supervisors, homebuilders, inspectors, and project managers
• Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to management
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns
