Role Overview
The **Residential Manager** will be responsible for managing residential facilities, coordinating with tenants, and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties and facilities.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari housing regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate leasing activities, renewals, and occupancy management.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and community-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in residential or property management.
- Strong knowledge of housing operations and tenant relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
