Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking an experienced Resident Network Engineer to support ISP network project delivery and operations. The role involves network design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of the network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ISP network projects , including design, implementation, expansion, service migration, and optimization
  • Perform network maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
  • Support service integration and network audits
  • Ensure compliance with network safety standards and operational processes (internal and customer requirements)
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and service quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing network operations and improvements

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Communication Engineering

Required & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IP/ISP network environments
  • At least 2+ years of experience in service provider networks
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
  • Advanced expertise in routing and switching technologies , including:
  • OSPF, IS-IS, BGP
  • MPLS VPN, QoS, VRRP
  • VLAN, ACL, STP
  • AAA, SNMP, NTP
  • Strong experience in IP Core and ISG Core network design and implementation
  • Experience with SR-MPLS, EVPN, or SRv6 (preferred)
  • Experience with network slicing (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei CLI (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • HCIE or CCIE certification is preferred
