  • Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Lead site meetings and coordinate activities between contractors, utility providers, authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and timely resolution of site-related issues.

Civil & Infrastructure Management

  • Supervise the construction of roads, highways, utilities, drainage systems, earthworks, grading, paving, public realm, and associated infrastructure works.

  • Verify construction progress against approved baseline schedules and milestones.

Landscape & Public Realm Delivery

  • Oversee landscape installation works, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, street furniture, and public realm elements.
  • Ensure landscape works comply with approved design intent, material specifications, sustainability requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with landscape architects, irrigation specialists, and contractors throughout project execution.
  • Monitor plant establishment, maintenance requirements, and final handover processes.

Contract Administration

  • Administer construction contracts in accordance with project requirements and applicable contract conditions.
  • Review and make recommendations on contractor submissions, RFIs, technical queries, variation requests, and extension of time claims.
  • Assess progress reports, payment applications, and construction deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project correspondence, site instructions, and contractual communications.
  • Support the Project Director and Commercial Team in managing contractual risks and project change.

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Implement and oversee project quality management procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
  • Review non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover activities are completed in accordance with project requirements.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

  • Champion a strong safety culture across the project.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSE plans and local regulations.
  • Participate in site safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are implemented throughout construction.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, government authorities, utility providers, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress updates, technical reports, and project performance summaries.
  • Escalate critical risks, delays, and issues to senior management with recommended mitigation measures.
