Overview
KEN International is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with strong UAE high-rise project experience to join our growing team.
The candidate will lead site supervision, technical coordination, construction monitoring, and stakeholder management for high-profile projects in the UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 14 years of experience
- Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential/mixed-use developments
- Experience in construction supervision and project delivery
- Strong technical coordination and reporting skills
- Experience dealing with authorities, consultants, and contractors
- Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
- Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site activities
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and method statements
- Prepare progress reports and technical assessments
- Ensure project execution aligns with contractual and technical requirements
